1. You report a problem or inquiry – by phone, email, or contact form.

2. We quickly analyze your situation and provide a quote for the intervention.

3. Once you accept the terms, we get to work right away – remotely or on-site (depending on the issue).

4. After resolving the problem, you receive a summary of the work done and a simple invoice for the time spent.

​What does the intervention model cover?

  • ​Troubleshooting hardware, network, or software failures 
  • ​Emergency assistance, e.g. loss of email access, printing issues, account lockouts, server failures
  • ​​Configuration and quick deployments – e.g. device installation, changing settings, rapid email migration
  • ​Minor upgrades and updates (e.g. disk replacement, RAM upgrade, system reinstallation)
  • ​Small security and backup implementations
  • ​Remote or on-site support (depending on location and need)
  • ​Answering one-time technical questions or providing brief consultations

​Billing and Terms

​You only pay for the actual time worked.

​Billing is based on an hourly rate, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes (minimum 1 hour).

​No long-term contract

​Travel within 15 km of Frankfurt (Oder)/Słubice is FREE.
