​1. Do you serve small businesses and sole proprietors?

Yes, we work with both sole proprietors and larger companies. We tailor our offer to actual needs, regardless of the company size. 

​2. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can choose the intervention model (hourly billing), the project model (payment for results), or a subscription. We don’t force anyone into long-term contracts.

​3. How quickly can I expect a response in case of a failure?

We respond as quickly as possible – depending on the chosen cooperation model. In a subscription and with a fixed contract, your request is prioritized.

​4. In which region do you operate?

On-site, we serve companies mainly in Słubice, Frankfurt (Oder), and surrounding areas (up to 15 km). Remotely, we support clients all over Poland and Germany.

​5. What does the free consultation and starter package include?

For new companies, we offer a special starter package with one free hour of IT consultation. During the meeting, you can ask anything – from hardware, through configuration, to security and best practices. The consultation is free and non-binding – appointments available Monday to Thursday, 5:00–6:00 pm.

​6. Do you help choose hardware and software even if I don’t buy it from you?

Yes, we always advise independently. We are not tied to any store or manufacturer – we look for the best solutions for the client, not for a commission.

​7. How do you bill for services?

In the intervention model, you pay for the actual time worked; in the project model, for the agreed scope of work; and in the subscription, a fixed monthly fee. We always inform you of costs in advance.

​8. Can I change the cooperation model during the collaboration?

Yes, you can switch from hourly billing to a project or subscription at any time if you find it more convenient.

​9. Do you offer support in German or English?

Yes, we also provide support in German and English – both for daily contact and for implementations.

​10. How can I report a problem or order?

You can call, send an email, use the form on our website, or contact us via WhatsApp – whichever is most convenient for you.

​11. Do you also provide support outside working hours?

Yes, for ongoing cooperation and selected packages, we also provide support outside standard working hours – details are agreed individually.

​12. Do you visit clients, or do you handle everything remotely?

We offer both remote and on-site support. Travel within Słubice and Frankfurt (Oder) (up to 15 km) is included in the service price.

​13. Do you help companies that already have their own equipment and IT solutions?

Yes, we also support companies that already have an existing infrastructure. We help optimise, configure, and secure it.

​14. I have my own IT specialist, but sometimes I need additional help. Can I use your services only occasionally?

Of course – you can contact us only when you need to. We do not require a fixed contract.

​15. What does the first cooperation look like? Do I need to be a regular client right away?

No. You can take advantage of a free one-hour initial consultation, see our approach, and then decide whether you want to continue working with us.

​16. What is a free consultation?

A free consultation is a conversation during which we check whether we can meet your expectations as an IT company. We discuss your needs, the way we work, the scope of services, and the costs, so you can decide whether Bonhaku is the right partner for your company.

​17. What is the “Start Package”?

The Start Package is a free one-hour conversation for newly established companies or people planning to start a business. During the conversation, we advise on how to avoid costly mistakes when choosing equipment, software, hosting, or company email, so that your business runs smoothly from the very beginning.
