Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes, before we get our first access to your systems. We have standard wording per Art. 28 GDPR — if your company has its own, we read and sign yours. Same goes for the NDA.

What happens when the cooperation ends?

You get the full documentation and every access credential — passwords sit in your vault from day one anyway, not only in ours. One month notice from the next invoice. Nothing stays with us as leverage.

You are a small company — what if you are not available?

Monitoring and backups run regardless of whether anyone is at a desk — we learn about an outage from the system, not from a phone call. Planned absences are announced in advance, with a clear handover of who takes the tickets.

Do you also support small businesses and solo entrepreneurs?

Yes, we work with solo entrepreneurs as well as companies with up to 50 employees. We tailor our proposal to your actual needs, regardless of company size.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can choose the Instant Support model (hourly billing), a project model (fixed price), or an ongoing subscription. We don't force anyone into long-term commitments.

How quickly can I expect a response to issues?

As fast as possible. With a subscription, your ticket gets priority – we typically respond within 1–2 hours.

What region do you serve?

On-site we serve businesses in Słubice, Frankfurt (Oder) and the surrounding area (up to 15 km – travel free of charge). Remotely we support clients across Germany, Poland and all of Europe – via our private RustDesk server in Germany that guarantees secure connections.

What does the free consultation include?

During a free call (online or by phone) you can ask anything – from hardware to configuration to security. The consultation is non-binding.

Do you implement artificial intelligence?

Yes – we deploy AI/LLM solutions directly in your infrastructure. Your data never leaves your network. We help with selection, configuration and implementation.

Do you come on-site?

Yes. In Frankfurt (Oder), Słubice and within 15 km we come for free. For longer distances we charge a small travel fee. Via remote we're there in seconds.

Is one-time help without a subscription possible?

Yes, our Instant Support model allows one-time help on an hourly basis. No contract, no commitment – you only pay for actual time spent.

How much does IT support cost for a small business?

Our plans start at €150 net per month (2h support). For larger companies we offer plans up to €1,450 with 26h support and 8h SLA. Use our IT Calculator for a non-binding estimate.
