BonCRM brings together contacts, invoicing with KSeF and XRechnung, warehouse, service, POS and hotel operations. At installation you pick your industry and the system switches on the matching modules. A disabled module disappears from the menu, so your team does not wade through features nobody uses. We install it on your server or as a separate instance in Germany and maintain it.

BonCRM runs on your server or on our infrastructure in Germany. No per-seat licence, and since we develop the system ourselves, you discuss new features with us rather than a vendor.

The core (contacts, tasks, calendar, files, permissions) is always there. Everything else you switch on as needed.

Invoices, credit notes, proformas, advance and recurring invoices. KSeF submission with status and UPO, German XRechnung, QR code and payment link.
Customers accept quotes and sign contracts from a link, with no account needed. An accepted quote turns into an order or an invoice.
Leads from your website form, a sales pipeline and a shared company inbox inside the system, including Google and Microsoft accounts. Assign threads and track response times.
Warehouses, zones, racks and a visual layout. Batches, serial numbers, stocktakes and purchase suggestions calculated from shortages.
Orders from Allegro, Shopify, Amazon and PrestaShop, picking, InPost labels with tracking, and returns from request to refund.
Service orders with a schedule and a technician view, parts drawn from stock, logged hours turned into invoice lines.
Bookings, room chart, check-in, housekeeping and an invoice from the stay. POS with shifts, receipts and returns.
Bank statements matched to invoices. Recurring costs, and incoming XRechnung or ZUGFeRD invoices are read straight from the file.
“If this, then that” rules, sales and cash-flow reports with a forecast. AI is optional and runs on your own key. Without it, the system works in full.

Yes. You start with the modules you need today. We switch on more later with a single command, with no rebuild and no new rollout.

Yes. It submits the invoice, fetches its status and UPO, and has an offline mode for when KSeF is down.

Yes. It issues XRechnung and reads incoming XRechnung and ZUGFeRD invoices straight from the file, without AI. Intra-EU supplies and exports in XRechnung are not supported yet.

Yes, in the browser. There is no separate mobile app. Drag and drop, for example in the pipeline or the rack layout, currently works on desktop only.

On your server or on our infrastructure in Germany, whichever you prefer. Backups and updates are on us either way.
