Our website is hosted on a VPS server at OVH SAS (2 Rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). OVH processes access data (IP address, time of access, requested page) in server log files. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation).

When you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form on our website, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message content) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
Data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
As part of our IT services, we use the open-source software RustDesk for remote maintenance access. The RustDesk server is operated on our own VPS – no data is transmitted to third parties. Remote access is only performed with prior customer consent. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract performance).
To manage customer relationships, we use a self-hosted CRM system on our own server. The data stored therein (contact details, communication history, project information) is not passed to third parties and remains fully under our control. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Our website displays a consent banner on your first visit. Your choice (accept all / essential only) is stored in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie – no data is sent to our server.
If you accept all cookies, the following services are loaded:
