What procurement usually asks about

Before you let anyone into your infrastructure, you want to know where you stand. Here are the answers up front, so you do not have to ask.

Data processing agreement

Signed before we get our first access to your systems. Standard wording per Art. 28 GDPR — or bring your own and we will read and sign it.

Non-disclosure agreement

If your company has its own NDA, we sign yours. If not, we provide ours. We do not discuss infrastructure details before that.

Access and documentation are yours

Passwords live in your vault, not only in ours. Network and system documentation is handed over as we go. When the cooperation ends, nothing stays with us as leverage.

Continuity of service

Monitoring and backups run regardless of whether anyone on our side is at a desk. Planned absences are announced in advance, with a clear handover of who takes the tickets.
